  • Remove, alter, or obscure any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices on the Service.

4.User Content

You retain ownership of your User Content, but by submitting or posting it on the Service, you grant Applico a worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to use, reproduce, distribute, prepare derivative works of, display, and perform your User Content in connection with the Service.

You agree not to submit or post any User Content that is unlawful, infringing, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable. Applico reserves the right to remove or disable any User Content that violates these Terms or is deemed inappropriate at its sole discretion.

5.Intellectual Property

The Service and its content, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, are the property of Applico or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You agree not to use, copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the Service without Applico’s prior written consent.
